1. General Conditions

  • All rentals are subject to availability at the time of booking.
  • Manisa Cars reserves the right to refuse service or cancel a booking without prior notice if policies are violated.
  • Customers must provide accurate personal information during booking.

2. Eligibility & Driver Requirements

  • Renters must be at least 18 years old.
  • A valid driver’s license held for a minimum of 2 years is required.
  • International drivers must carry a valid international driving permit (IDP) in addition to their license.
  • Only the designated driver(s) listed in the rental agreement are allowed to operate the vehicle.

3. Booking & Payment

  • Bookings can be made via our website, email, or phone.
  • Full payment or a deposit is required to confirm the reservation.
  • Payment can be made via credit/debit card or other methods accepted by Manisa Cars.
  • Prices are subject to change without prior notice, but confirmed bookings will honor the quoted price.

4. Vehicle Use & Responsibility

  • Vehicles must be used in accordance with traffic laws and not for illegal activities.
  • Smoking, pets, or transporting hazardous materials inside the vehicle is prohibited unless agreed upon.
  • Renters are responsible for fuel; vehicles must be returned with the same fuel level as at pickup.
  • Any fines, penalties, or damages caused by misuse or negligence are the responsibility of the renter.

5. Insurance & Liability

  • All vehicles come with basic insurance coverage; additional coverage may be purchased for extra protection.
  • The renter is responsible for any damage not covered by insurance or arising from negligence.
  • Manisa Cars is not liable for personal belongings left in the vehicle.

6. Cancellation & Refund Policy

  • Cancellations made 48 hours before the rental date are eligible for a full refund or credit.
  • Late cancellations or no-shows may result in partial or no refund.
  • Any changes to the booking are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

7. Pickup & Return

  • Vehicles must be picked up and returned at the agreed location and time.
  • Late returns may incur additional fees.
  • Vehicle condition will be checked at pickup and return; any damage or missing items will be charged to the renter.

8. Governing Law

  • These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Morocco.
  • Any disputes arising from the use of Manisa Cars services will be subject to the jurisdiction of Moroccan courts.
